My rating: 2 of 5 stars

I didn’t like Mitch in the first book, so I was displeased to see him back in this one. H

e is a little too possessive of a character and not in a good way. Rather, he makes me nervous for what his attitude could be if he were with a human woman.

The mystery of what happened to him was quite good and I really did enjoy learning more about how Max had become the monster he was. But this book was lacking in so many other spaces, the characters remain unfulfilled it seems, and the nature of their relationship has left me shaking my head in disappointment.

About Ashley LP

I'm a twenty something who loves nothing in this world more than travel and reading. It is for this reason I run a (not so well used) travel blog, and work as a travel agent. It is also why I run a (more used) book blog. There are two types of travel we can have in life, travel in fiction, or non-fiction and real world travel. I have a firm belief in both.
